At our dementia care centres, we've adapted our services to accommodate the needs of individuals with dementia at all stages. By adopting specific care plans that promote consistency and familiarity, we hope to ease some of the common effects of dementia, including confusion and memory loss. These tailored solutions, combined with activities that stimulate the brain and promote involvement, aim to combat feelings of isolation and disengagement, helping our service users continue to live life to the full.

More than standard care

Individuals with dementia, especially in the early days, can often feel as though their old self is slipping away. Through our tailored care facilities, Kinly Healthcare aims to help our residents hold on to their individuality, their independence, and remain connected to those that they care about most. Offering dignified services, our compassionate healthcare assistants can help with all aspects of living, from personal care and mealtime to medication reminders. But it's not just the basics that we have covered; we offer a friendly smile and a listening ear to both residents and their family units, helping to overcome even the most challenging of days.

"I cannot thank everyone at Baylham Care Centre enough for all their hard work, support, care and especially love for the residents, their families and each other during these past 4 months. Since Dad came to live at Baylham now over a year ago I have had nothing but praise for them but during the Covid-19 pandemic they have been amazing! Dad tested positive for Covid-19 and we had a very worrying time but with the love and care of staff he is now well, we were shown so much love as was Dad and every method used to keep us in touch with him and updated. The whole team, management, nursing, carers, activities, cooks, cleaners, office staff, gardeners, physios, hairdressers if I've missed anyone I am truly sorry, but everyone of them shows Dad love and respect and makes every day he has as meaningful and joyful as they can, I could not want any more than that."
