Age affects us all, and the signs of getting old can soon sneak up when we least expect them! When those everyday tasks become testing and living at a private property is no longer suitable, Kinly Healthcare can step in to offer a home from home. Although moving to a care home with other residents and healthcare workers can feel like a big step, we don't aim to hinder independence; we promote it.
The role of our care workers is to offer companionship, assistance with daily tasks and general support to help those staying with us to continue socialising, doing the things they enjoy and living how they wish in the comfort of a relaxing environment and with a helping hand as and when they need it.
Our staff are trained to meet the needs of each individual and provide care solutions that include help with daily tasks.
We always try to help maintain quality of life and offer help and support that still allows for independence.
Whatever our residents need we are on hand day and night to help care, provide and support.
We appreciate that leaving a home behind and making the transition into a care centre isn't always easy. That's why our supportive, encouraging staff aim to make the entire process as seamless as possible. From day one, we make new arrivals feel welcome and at ease. All residents will have their own comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy a bit of privacy, in addition to some incredible facilities, all in one place. Elderly care isn't just about helping our customers with personal hygiene and general mobility. At Kinly Healthcare, it's about creating a community and giving our service users a whole new purpose in their later years. Simply book a visit to one of our centres to experience this for yourself.
"My dad who is 100, has always been against moving to a care home. However in April due to the pandemic and breakdown in his homecare, it was decided to place him at Baylham Care Centre for respite. The process from enquiry to him arriving only took a couple of days. The staff at Baylham are kind, caring and approachable. They clearly go the extra mile to ensure their residents are as happy and healthy as possible. The time, care, interaction and innovative ways they provide activities and keep the residents in contact with their families, even during the lockdown, are invaluable. Dad's needs are met to an excellent standard. The change in Dad has been extraordinary, he has improved both mentally and physically. He loves "his hotel home" at Baylham and requested to stay permanently. I would absolutely recommend Baylham Care Centre as the home of your choice, as I honestly feel so relaxed knowing he is contented and well cared for. I thank all of the staff from the bottom of my heart for all that they do."

"During this period of lockdown, I have been impressed with the communications coming from Baylham to advise me, as a relative, of the protective standards being reached for residents' care. Constant e-mails updating us, along with the provision of WhatsApp contact to talk to my mother and make visual contact have been priceless. Hugely grateful for the professionalism and care shown."

"My aunt didn't want to go into a care home. But she flourished at Baylham. The hospital thought she would be there 3 months, but she left us 18 months later. I visited regularly and was impressed by the quality and consistency of the care, the sheer love the staff show towards the residents, the warmth they showed to me, and the happy spirit that exists, despite the underlying sadness of a lot of what they do. They were excellent about communicating with me, anticipating future needs and potential problems, and providing solutions before problems became critical. The ground floor is specifically for residents with dementia. The building is modern and has been designed as a care home with those needs, not adapted, which makes a huge difference, as does having nurses, physiotherapists, activity coordinators and a hairdresser onsite. I have never regretted the choice we had to make. My aunt was unable to remember to say thank you to the staff. Our family will never forget."
