Multiple Sclerosis

MS can be tough to deal with. But whether you've had it for a while, are newly diagnosed, waiting for diagnosis or care about someone living with MS, we're here for you.
Parkinsons

Everyone's Parkinson's is unique. We actively encourage service user participation in the provision of service and delivery of care.
Progressive supranuclear palsy – (PSP)

Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a rare neurological condition that can cause problems with balance, movement, vision, speech, and swallowing. We have experienced teams in caring with service users with PSP.
Brain Injury

We provide specialist care and support to adults with brain injuries, as well as transitional and step-down care as people come from intensive rehabilitation and are awaiting the chance to move back to their adapted home back out in the community. Working with the specialist and our own nursing and physiotherapy teams we work with you to create a holistic and individually tailored rehabilitation support program. Our aim is to enable your rehabilitation to continue and provide on-going care and support for people with brain injuries and complex needs.
Motor Neuron Disease

Motor Neuron Disease can be a complex disease and there may come a time when you need consistent professional support. We offer you Respite care for short periods or permanent place of accommodation, when you’re ready for that specialist nursing care.
Huntington's Disease

As Huntington disease progresses, you will need constant assistance and supervision because of the debilitating nature of the disease. Baylham care centre is an expert in delivering care to the people with Huntington`s disease.

We work closely with doctors and other care providers to ensure our service users remain comfortable whilst getting the level of care they deserve.

"It was one of the hardest decisions we had to make as a family, moving Dad from his home into residential care. However, choosing the home for Dad was not so difficult as Baylham Care Centre had provided outstanding care for our Aunt and Uncle, and this reassured us immensely. Dad moved into Baylham in December 2019 and has settled in well thanks to the high standard of care and attention given by all the staff at the Centre. Everyone you meet at Baylham has a ready smile and a kind word, they genuinely care about their residents. When we visited Dad, we were always made welcome and when Covid-19 threatened the safety of our loved ones, understandably no visits to the home were allowed. Throughout the past four months, we have received numerous photos, videos, FaceTime calls, phone calls and even one socially distanced visit. Our family is very grateful for the outstanding care my dad has received and I have no hesitation in recommending Baylham Care Centre."

"Our mother has been resident in Baylham for over 6 years. She is 95 and very frail. Without the care, love and expertise of all the staff at Baylham we feel she would not still be alive today. Mother is very happy and frequently says how lucky she is to live in such a lovely place with such wonderful people to care for her. The manager provides outstanding leadership and she is well supported by an excellent Deputy Manager and this in turn inspires all staff and creates a positive ethos within the home.
Baylham has recently been bought by a new company. Regrettably communication at this level has been less sensitive to relatives but this in no way attracts from the quality of care and professionalism within the home itself."

"The staff are so helpful and caring, you will always receive a warm welcome when you visit including if you would like a cuppa. Recently with lockdown, the tri-weekly updates have been comforting and staff have gone above and beyond by arranging FaceTime so that I can see Mum. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff at Baylham. Mum is happy at her home on the hill."
